There are so many factors that contribute to the deterioration of area rugs. However, the most prolific issue facing your entryway rugs is heavy traffic coupled with lack of maintenance. With Old Man Winter, the salt, dirt and wetness that will be tracked across your rugs poses a problem. Let us be of service to you in order to keep your rugs clean, functional and safe. With this in mind, we also specialize in cleaning oriental rugs. With your satisfaction as our main concern, we can either transport the rugs to a different location in order to clean them or we can clean them for you on the spot.

Upholstry and Drapes:
The technology that we incorporate allows us to clean drapes as they continue to hang in place. Our steam cleaning system is gentle enough to clean them thoroughly.
We also have the necessary attachments to clean your furniture in your home or office. As mentioned in the area rug section, we can either transport your furniture pieces for cleaning or we can clean them where they stand.

Floor Cleaning:
Once we establish an account with your business. our crews are equipped with a fully loaded trailer for transporting an auto-scrubbing machine, a burnisher and any hand mops and other accessories that may be needed in order to make your floors shine. Our normal services include a weekly floor cleaning that preserves the quality and usefulness of your floors. Our entire process is designed to ensure that your customers have as good an experience as they can at your facility. This brochure summarizes our floor cleaning services. Auto Scrubbing:
The machines that we use in our daily cleaning procedures are all automatic scrubbers. What that means for you is that every inch of floor gets cleaned. All of the water is pulled up as the machine passes by. Therefore, our buffing burnishers pass over a clean and dry floor.

Burnishing:
We use battery-powered, high speed burnishers in order to provide a clean air and effective method for cleaning your floors. They are capable of both stripping and buffing the wax coatings of your floor.

Top Scrub and Recoat:
Every once in awhile, your floor will begin to show signs of wear and tear on the top coating of wax. Our Top Scrub procedure removes embedded dirt and the top layer of wax on your floor. Once the wax is removed and the floor is clean, a fresh coat wax is applied in order to re-establish the appeal of your floor.

Edgework Revitalization:
Over years of floor cleaning and normal maintenance care, the edges of your floor have a tendency to deteriorate to a point where they are noticeably different than the rest of the floor. We do not allow this to happen. We utilize a special procedure in order to make sure that every square inch of your floor is cleaned and buffed.

Stripping and Waxing:
Our most effective method of keeping your business floor at its optimum level for usage is a weekly cleaning with an annual stripping and re-coating of your entire wax surface. This ensures that your floor surface is always at its best. We apply a chemical emulsifier in order to completely remove wax coatings. We also use our burnishers as a padded coarse scrubber to ensure that every bit of the previous wax coating is removed. This stips the floor down to its bare surface, and gives us a chance to redo all of the wax layers. Three of four coats of Johnson's Professional Wax are applied by hand. Cello is also a highly recommended product that is available as a choice. If you have a wax preference that we don't normally use, simply let us know and we will apply whatever you would like.

Siding Revitalization:
It is truly amazing as to the amount of dirt that sticks to your home that you don't even realize is there. Just recently, we went to wash a home that appeared to be clean, yet once beginning the project, it looked like coffee was running down the house. We use a number of different wands in order to clean your home, and we can reach three stories from the ground. We take care and precision to remove the dirt, but not the paint. Therefore, there is minimal cleanup required. Your landscaping is safe as well, for we do not use dangerous chemicals that will harm your plants, and we take care where we step to avoid trampling your gardening work.

Gutters and Fascia Board:
There are times when pressure washing a gutter or fascia board simply will not do the trick. We have brush poles that extend three stories that enable us to scrub your gutters from the safety of the ground. We use several different chemicals to cut through the crud, however they are completely biodegradable and safe for your home.
Stucco Surfaces have a tendency to accumulate mildew and dirt that causes them to look old and deteriorated. This can easily be removed with the right technique. This particular service requires gentle care and precision with a certain amount of elbow grease. We take pride in making stucco shine.

Concrete Surfaces:
Concrete surfaces have a tendency to accumulate dirt, grime, algae, grease stains and other coatings that may not be apparent. We use the latest accessories in wand technology in order to make sure that your concrete surfaces get clean the first time. We also incorporate a rotary flat surface cleaner the minimizes the appearance of zebra stripes due to technician or homeowner error regarding wand stroke placement. I is a priority to us that, once a surface is pressure washed, you would never even know that we were there. In order to achieve this, our technicians are trained in proper rinsing techniques to insure that no mess is left for you to clean once we depart.

Paver Finishing:
It is no secret that when you pressure wash paver stone patios and walkways the soil that is used to hold those stones in place is usually displaced. We also offer among our services the ability to purchase the sand of your choice and apply it to your paver surfaces in order to fill the space left over from cleaning.

Window Cleaning:
We provide quality service to all of Northeastern Ohio. We take pride in our window cleaning technology and our focused attention to detail. Our servicemen arrive in a timely fashion whose main goal is to give your windows a streak free luster. All of our cleaning materials are completely biodegradable and safe for your home. There are a number of different technologies that we use to bring back the appeal of your home. We have worked with every type and style of window that has been invented and produced, and there is no situation that we cannot adapt to.

Interior and Exterior:
Our soft bristle brush is ideal for applying our biodegradable soap solution to your window. After wetting the window surface, we use a dry towel to wipe from corner to corner. Once we have established a dray track, we have several different sizes of squeegee to fit every size window. After a squeegee is used on the window, we wipe down the remaining tracks in order to make sure that every square inch of your window is spotless. We work from the top of your house down, and we have ladder sections and poles that will reach up to four stories. Our interior technique is the same for exterior cleaning. However, before we begin, we lay thick tarps and drop-clothes in the area where we will work in order to avoid any spots on carpet or adjacent furniture. After the cleaning process is complete, we wipe and dry the sills and tracks of window in order to avoid dirt transfer to interior walls and exterior sidings.

Specialty Glass:
Most skylights have a curved surface and require hand cleaning. Otherwise, they are cleaned like any other window. Chandeliers and leaded glass are beautiful works of art when properly maintained. Our detailed hand cleaning helps to restore your precious glass to its original luster. We realize that some mirrors are too large and some fans are to high. We will be happy to put our resources to work for you in order to give the inside of your home its ultimate appeal. There are a number of different windows and glass surfaces that require unique care or cleaning techniques. We have the skills and knowledge in order to provide specialty commercial services.

De-Ionized Spot Free:
This particular technology is usually only utilized in commercial situations where there are a large number of windows in hard to reach circumstances. We use a de-ionization water tank system in order to provide a remote washing technique along with a spot-free rinse. A telescoping alloy brush is used from the ground that can reach up to four stories. Once the brush is extended, a pump operator sends a soap solution through the brush pole for the washing cycle. After the window is scrubbed clean of grime, the operator switches to the cycle to de-ionized water. For all you chemistry buffs, a DI tanks is used in order to convert tap water into de-ionized water that will not adhere to the window surface while it dries. This allows us to finish a spot-free window from the ground without ever touching the window surface.
