Our servicemen arrive in a timely fashion whose main goal is to give your windows a streak free luster. All of our cleaning materials are completely biodegradable and safe for your home. There are a number of different technologies that we use to bring back the appeal of your home. We have worked with every type and style of window that has been invented and produced, and there is no situation that we cannot adapt to.

Interior and Exterior

Our soft bristle brush is ideal for applying our biodegradable soap solution to your window. After wetting the window surface, we use a dry towel to wipe from corner to corner. Once we have established a dray track, we have several different sizes of squeegee to fit every size window. After a squeegee is used on the window, we wipe down the remaining tracks in order to make sure that every square inch of your window is spotless. We work from the top of your house down, and we have ladder sections and poles that will reach up to four stories. Our interior technique is the same for exterior cleaning. However, before we begin, we lay thick tarps and drop-clothes in the area where we will work in order to avoid any spots on carpet or adjacent furniture. After the cleaning process is complete, we wipe and dry the sills and tracks of window in order to avoid dirt transfer to interior walls and exterior sidings.

Specialty Glass

Most skylights have a curved surface and require hand cleaning. Otherwise, they are cleaned like any other window. Chandeliers and leaded glass are beautiful works of art when properly maintained. Our detailed hand cleaning helps to restore your precious glass to its original luster. We realize that some mirrors are too large and some fans are to high. We will be happy to put our resources to work for you in order to give the inside of your home its ultimate appeal. There are a number of different windows and glass surfaces that require unique care or cleaning techniques. We have the skills and knowledge in order to provide specialty commercial services.

De-Ionized Spot Free

This particular technology is usually only utilized in commercial situations where there are a large number of windows in hard to reach circumstances. We use a de-ionization water tank system in order to provide a remote washing technique along with a spot-free rinse. A telescoping alloy brush is used from the ground that can reach up to four stories. Once the brush is extended, a pump operator sends a soap solution through the brush pole for the washing cycle. After the window is scrubbed clean of grime, the operator switches to the cycle to de-ionized water. For all you chemistry buffs, a DI tanks is used in order to convert tap water into de-ionized water that will not adhere to the window surface while it dries. This allows us to finish a spot-free window from the ground without ever touching the window surface.
