FLOOR CARE

There is a certain environment or ambiance that customers expect to encounter when they use your facility. Sometimes people walk through a store and they don’t feel like they had a good experience, yet they can’t put their finger on why that may be the case. There are a number of different aspects of their subliminal experience that they don’t even realize affect their mood. One of those aspects is the quality and appeal of your floor. We specialize in keeping them clean and attractive so that you don’t have to. Our staff works in off-peak hours to avoid any inconvenience to your customers. Once we establish an account with your business, our crews are equipped with a fully-loaded trailer for transporting an auto-scrubbing machine, a burnisher and any mops and other accessories that may be needed in order to make your floors shine. Our normal services include a weekly floor cleaning that preserves the quality and usefulness of your floors. Our entire process is designed to ensure that your customers have as good an experience as they can at your facility.

Regular Cleaning

The machines that we use in our daily cleaning procedures are all automatic scrubbers. What that means for you is that every inch of floor gets cleaned. All of the water is pulled up as the machine passes by. Therefore, our buffing burnishers pass over a clean and dry floor. We use battery-powered, high speed burnishers in order to provide a clean air and effective method for polishing wax surfaces.

Scrub and Recoat Service:

Every once in awhile, your floor will begin to show signs of wear and tear on the top coating of wax. Our TopScrub procedure removes embedded dirt and the top layer of wax on your floor. Once the wax is removed and the floor is clean, a fresh coat of wax is applied in order to re-establish the appeal of your floor.

Strip and Wax Service

Our most effective method of keeping your business floor at its optimum level for usage is a weekly cleaning with an annual strip and recoat of your entire wax surface. This ensures that your floor surface is always at its best. We apply a chemical emulsifier in order to completely remove wax coatings. We then use various strip machines in order to completely remove all finish. In addition, we use metal scrapers and doodlebugs in order to make sure that edges are properly cleaned. Once the floor is completely stripped, we apply four coats of the finish of your choice in order to properly seal and protect the floor.

WINDOW CARE

Regular Cleaning

Windows have a tendency to accumulate grime, dirt and pollution without any noticeable change from day to day. All of the sudden, you wake up one day, and you can't even see through the glass. Don't let this happen to your store. Quarterly cleanings will help to maintain the exterior look of you facility. We use pole and squeegee technology to hit all hard to reach places in order to make sure all window surfaces are properly cleaned.

De-Ionized Spot Free Rinse

This particular technology is usually only utilized in commercial situations where there are a large number of windows in hard to reach circumstances. We use a de-ionization water tank system in order to provide a remote washing technique along with a spot-free rinse. A telescoping alloy brush is used from the ground that can reach up to four stories. Once the brush is extended, a pump operator sends a soap solution through the brush pole for the washing cycle. After the window is scrubbed clean of grime, the operator switches to the cycle to de-ionized water. For all you chemistry buffs, a DI tank is used in order to convert tap water into de-ionized water that will not adhere to the window surface while it dries. This allows us to finish a spot-free window from the ground without ever touching the window surface.
